Cancelling Your Campaign

It's easy to cancel or stop a campaign in progress, simply follow these steps.

1. Click on the REPORTING tab

2. Click on the Red "X"

3. Your campaign will stop

Clicking the Red X in the Reporting tab will stop a campaign

What happens next?

After you stop the campaign, we stop your ad on the exchanges. There may be a short time before impressions stop serving.


We refund any unspent amount directly to your credit card (minus any audit fees which are assessed by the advertising exchange). This takes a few business days for banks to process.
