Part 1: The Ad Campaign Billing Process

When you launch an ad campaign, here is how the primary charges and fees are applied:

1. Campaign Budget & Spend

  • Setting Your Budget: When setting up your ad campaign, you define a total budget (e.g., $500) and a duration (e.g., 1 week).

  • Daily Estimate: The system will provide an estimated daily spend based on your budget and duration.

  • Initial Charge: Upon clicking Publish, the full campaign budget is charged to your payment method to secure the ad spend.

2. Creative Upload Fees

  • Audit Fee: A small fee of $1 per creative is charged when you initially upload new banner ads or other assets for auditing.

  • Example: If you upload 5 new banners, you will incur a $5 creative fee.

  • Efficiency Tip: Once a creative has been uploaded and audited, you will not incur this fee again for using that same asset in future campaigns. Keep a record of your approved creatives to avoid unnecessary charges!

3. Refunds for Unspent Budgets

  • Automatic Refund: If your campaign budget is not fully spent or if you stop the campaign early, the unspent amount will be automatically refunded to your card.

  • Timing: Refund processing typically takes 48–72 hours from the campaign's completion date, with additional time needed for the amount to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

Part 2: Accessing Transaction Receipts & Invoices

Step 1: Navigate to the Billing Page

  1. From your found.ee dashboard, look at the bottom-left corner of the navigation bar.

  2. Click on the Billing section.

Step 2: Locate Transaction Receipts

  1. Scroll down the billing page until you find the Transaction Receipts section.

  2. This area contains statements for every transaction related to your ad campaigns and platform usage.

Step 3: Download and Review

  1. For each campaign charge, you can click on the corresponding receipt.

  2. Download the receipt to get a full breakdown of:

    • The total campaign budget.

    • The final amount spent.

    • Any applicable creative fees.

    • Details of any refunds processed for unspent amounts.

Managing Payment Information

The Billing page is also where you can easily add new cards or update existing payment information for future campaigns.
