How to change your found.ee plan tier: a step-by-step guide

Subscription Changes

Need to change your found.ee subscription preferences? No problem!

Follow these easy steps to change your found.ee plan tier:

  1. From your found.ee dashboard, click 'Billing', located on the left sidebar towards the bottom of the page.

  2. Then, on the top of the page, you will see an overview of available found.ee plan tiers, as well as displaying which found.ee plan tier you are currently on.

  3. To change your plan tier, simply click 'Start trial' on your preferred plan (Basic, Premium, or Power), and your trial will start immediately.

Subscription Trials

All found.ee subscription trials last 7 days and require billing information to be added beforehand. Once you've started a free trial, you can cancel it at any time. Then, at the end of this 7-day period, the card on file will be charged the respective monthly subscription fee.

Subscription Payments

Note: All found.ee charges are in United States Dollars ($ USD).

If you are upgrading your account from the free Basic tier, you will need to have a credit card on file. Click here for more information on how to add a payment method to your found.ee account!

Once you upgrade your account, the card on file will be charged right away. Then, moving forward, your card will be charged on the same calendar day that you activated your subscription. (For instance, if you upgraded your account on November 10th, you will be charged again on December 10th.)

Then, if you choose to downgrade your found.ee account, those changes will also take effect that same day. This means that when you downgrade your account, you will lose access to all associated features immediately. Also, if there are associated subscription charges with your new plan tier (eg. downgrading from Power to Premium), you will be charged at the time of downgrade, and your monthly charges will take place on that same calendar day moving forward.
