Adding a Payment Method and Accessing Receipts

How to add or change payment methods on found.ee

Whether you're looking to upgrade your found.ee account or advertise with found.ee, you need to first have a credit card on file. However, good news – adding a payment method on found.ee is quick and easy!

(Note: As of May 2026, we're now utilizing Stripe as our payment processor, so if you've used found.ee for a while, you may notice some slight differences in the way payment methods are managed, but it's still just as easy!)

To add or change your payment method on found.ee, follow the steps below:

1) From your found.ee dashboard, click 'Billing', located on the left sidebar towards the bottom of the page.

2) Then, add your billing information, either via the pop-up window (for accounts without any associated billing information) or further down the page under 'Add New Payment Method'. (Screenshots below for reference)

3) Once you're done, simply click 'Save Card' or 'Save Payment Method', and you're good to go!

Note: All found.ee charges are in United States Dollars ($ USD).

(Additionally, receipts and invoices are no longer available through your found.ee Account Settings. Going forward, all invoices and payment receipts can be accessed directly through the new Stripe Customer Portal.)
