Great news! We’ve worked closely with the Ticketmaster Marketing Operations team and have received approval for our custom-built found.ee ad conversion pixel as part of their Client Configured Vendor program.
This is a little different from our Universal Pixel, which allows you to build remarketing audiences AND track conversion. Unfortunately TM doesn't allow remarketing audiences built off of this pixel, bit it does allow you to track purchase conversions for events, concerts, and festivals across Ticketmaster ticketing properties!
🔧 How It Works
You must work with their Marketing Operations team to handle implementation directly—this isn’t something that can be added self-serve just yet.
📩 What You Need to Do
To activate your found.ee pixel for a specific event or campaign:
Accessing your Ticketmaster Pixel
Navigate to the Audiences tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard and click on Manage Pixels to find your universal pixel.
Locate the Ticketmaster Pixel > copy/paste the code into an email to your Ticketmaster Marketing Rep.
Ask them to place your found.ee pixel on the specific event pages you want to track.
Important: Be sure they include it on the purchase confirmation page to enable conversion tracking.
Confirm a consistent URL string from the purchase page from your Ticketmaster Rep (e.g. https://checkout.ticketmaster.com/com/confirmation/30e2626a680a49d983599dabd088161e...)
In the above example checkout.ticketmaster.com/confirmation would be what you'd use to create your conversion event for tracking purchases.
Ticketmaster’s internal teams will take it from there, working with you to complete implementation and testing.

💬 Help Us Help You
The more requests Ticketmaster receives from users like you, the more likely their Product Team is to prioritize building self-service access for placing found.ee tags directly in TM1.
When contacting your TM rep, we encourage you to say something like:
“We’d love to be able to place our found.ee conversion tag ourselves in the future—please share this with the Product team as a feature request!”
This kind of feedback helps us all move faster.
