The Meta Ads Reporting Integration brings Facebook and Instagram ad performance data directly into your found.ee dashboard, allowing you to manage and analyze campaigns alongside your other digital marketing efforts. This integration gives you a unified view of key metrics like reach, clicks, conversions, and spend across all ad types — from programmatic display to remarketing and audio campaigns, and now Meta ad campaigns as well. Designed for Power Tier users, it streamlines your reporting workflow and helps you make more informed decisions without leaving the found.ee environment.


Accessing Meta Connections

  • Go to Account Settings in your found.ee dashboard.

  • Scroll to the Meta Connections section.


Connecting to Meta

  • Click Connect Meta to authorize via Meta’s API.

  • Follow the pop-up prompts to confirm your connection.

  • If you’ve connected before, use Reestablish Connection to refresh access.


Managing Ad Accounts

  • Once connected, view your available Meta Ad Accounts.

  • Select which ad account you’d like to pull reporting from.

  • Switch between accounts anytime as needed.


Viewing Meta Ad Reporting

  • Access Advertising Reporting from your dashboard navigation.

  • View Meta Ad metrics alongside other campaign types.

  • Review key metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions.

  • Analyze performance across all campaigns in one unified dashboard.


Ad Set Performance

  • Dive deeper into performance by Ad Set.

  • Customize visible columns to focus on key metrics like:

  • Review which placements are driving the best engagement and efficiency.

  • Compare results across:

    • Facebook Feed

    • Instagram Stories

    • Reels

Cross-Platform Comparison

  • Compare performance between Facebook and Instagram directly in your reports.

  • Track:

    • Cost per click (CPC)

    • Cost per thousand impressions (CPM)

    • Engagement rates by platform and placement type.


Share Campaign Report via Public URL

  • Click on the 'Actions' tab.

  • Select 'Share Report' to generate a public URL for reporting.
