Exporting Your Email & SMS Audience

A full guide for accessing and exporting your fan audience data in found.ee.

Written by Team found.ee

You can now easily export your collected email addresses and SMS subscribers directly from your found.ee dashboard! This feature gives you a complete view of your audience, lets you filter contacts by source or date, and allows you to download your data as a CSV for use in your preferred email or SMS platform.

Accessing Your Audience

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand navigation, select Audiences.

  3. Click My Fans.

This page contains all of the contact information you've collected across your campaigns.

My Fans Overview

At the top of the page, you'll find a summary of your audience, including:

  • Total Emails Collected

  • Total Phone Numbers Collected

  • Total Social Unlocks

You'll also see a breakdown of contacts collected through each supported DSP (Digital Service Provider) pre-save campaign.

Pre-Save Emails by Platform

If you'd like to export contacts from a specific DSP, this section includes:

  • The total number of email addresses collected for each DSP

  • An option to download contacts for that DSP only

This makes it easy to work with audiences from individual campaigns or platforms.

Fan Contacts

The audience table includes helpful information for every contact, including:

  • Contact information (email address or phone number)

  • Contact type (Email or SMS)

  • Source of the signup, such as:

    • Pre-Save

    • Landing Page

    • Social Unlock

  • The page URL where the contact was collected

  • Date the contact was collected

  • The user's location at the time the contact was collected (when available)

To adjust the data points displayed in your dashboard, click Select Visible Columns to pick & choose what's most important to you. (Note: when exporting contacts via CSV, all columns will still be included in the file.)

Filter & Adjust Your Contact Export

Before exporting, you can narrow your results using filters such as:

  • Date Range

  • Source

  • Contact Type (Email or SMS)

Additionally, you can also select individual contacts via the checkboxes on the far left side of the table to customize your export even further!

Export Your Contacts

Once you've applied your desired filters:

  1. Click Export CSV in the upper-right corner.

  2. Your filtered audience will be downloaded as a CSV file.

You can then import this file into your preferred email marketing or SMS platform for future campaigns.

Tips

  • Use date filters to export contacts collected during a specific campaign.

  • Export by source to better understand where your audience is coming from.

  • Download your audience regularly to keep a backup of your contact list and streamline your marketing efforts.
