In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps for accessing and understanding the insights and analytics page for any link or landing page you’ve created via found.ee!

Navigating to Your Short Links and Music Pages

  1. Start by logging into your found.ee account.

  2. From the Marketing tab, choose Manage Short Links to see all of your found.ee shortlinks, and choose Manage Music Pages to see all of your found.ee Music Pages.

Accessing the Insights Page

Once you're in the Manage Short Links or Manage Music Pages tabs, you'll see a list of links along with associated overview data points for each.

Note: by default, only the links you've created over the past 30 days will be displayed. Simply click the (x) button next to the 'Created After' filter to view all of your links at once!

To view your Short Link or Music Page analytics, scroll over to the right side of the page, click the Actions button, and then select Insights.

Understanding Your Insights

The Insights page provides a variety of detailed analytics that help you track the performance of your links and pages. Below are the key features you'll find in the Music Page Insights report (the Short Link Insights report covers similar data points but is slightly more condensed):

Date range

At the top of the Insights page, there is a date range selector. By default, data will be displayed from the past 30 days, but you can adjust this to view data from different periods. This is especially useful for analyzing how your links or pages performed over specific campaigns or identifying spikes in activity over time.

Page views

Here, you can see the total number of page views and unique page views. In found.ee, page views refers to the total number of times your page has been viewed, while unique page views refers to the unique number of users who have accessed your page. This helps you understand the overall traffic and how many individual users have interacted with your content.

Click-through rate

The Click-Through Rate (CTR) is a percentage figure which calculates the number of people who clicked through to a outlet in reference to the total number of users who visited your page. For example, a 10% CTR means that 10% of the users who visited your page clicked through to an outlet.

Email and SMS Collection

If your page includes an email subscribe button or an SMS subscribe button, any emails or phone numbers collected through this feature will be available for download as a CSV file. (Note: the ability to download these emails & phone numbers is only available for found.ee users on the Premium and Power tiers.)

Referring Sites

This section shows the websites or platforms that directed traffic to your page. For example, you might see that many visitors came from Facebook, Google, or found.ee itself.

Destinations Clicked

Here, you can see which specific destinations (such as links to streaming services, retailers, etc.) were clicked on by users who visited your landing page.

Geographic Data

The insights page also breaks down the geographic location of your visitors, including Countries, Cities, and the associated number of clicks (and percentage of total clicks) for each.

Platforms

You can also view the platforms & devices your visitors used to access your content, such as mobile, desktop, tablet devices, and specific operating systems of each.

The insights and analytics page on found.ee offers a comprehensive look at how your marketing links and landing pages are performing. By leveraging the date range, traffic data, and visitor engagement details, you can optimize your future campaigns & landing pages for better reach and interaction.

By following these steps, you'll be able to make data-driven decisions that can boost your marketing efforts on found.ee!
